2021 Pink Day

The Pinkest Day of the Year arrived on 18 June! This whole school event is a day of excitement, plenty of pink clothing, and a time of reflection to raise awareness of Breast Cancer Research.

Loreto Goes Down in History

For award-winning student, Lily Farrell, looking back at history provides new perspective to the present. The Year 11 student was named the South Australian Young Historian of the Year for the second year in a row as part of the 2020 National History Challenge.

Choose to Challenge

International Women’s Day is my favourite day of the year because it is the one day that we can celebrate being a woman (we know we are awesome but it’s a good opportunity to let everyone else know this as well). We can also use the importance of this day as a platform to bring attention to issues and inequities that affect girls and women.

Rowing State Championship Winners

Loreto hosted the Rowing Regatta at West Lakes on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 February, with Sunday being State Championships. The Loreto Rowing Community had a fabulous weekend with some incredibly close races and a record of 11 State Championship titles.
