Over the past fortnight at Loreto College Marryatville, students have engaged in enriching learning experiences from environmental sustainability activities in the Wattle Room to creative storytelling inspired by Eric Carle in Preschool. Our senior and junior sports teams showcased dedication and talent across netball, aerobics, cross country, and athletics, with notable achievements including selection for state competitions and exciting training sessions with Thunderbirds players. The school community also celebrated National Reconciliation Week through sport, embraced old scholars’ inspiring career stories during a Year 11 and 12 panel discussion, and honoured outstanding staff member Isabelle Roberts for her exceptional leadership. Additionally, the latest edition of the Loreto Acacias magazine was released, packed with highlights from across the year.

Empowering Young Women Through Wellbeing: Loreto College Marryatville’s SEAD Program Earns National Recognition for the Third Time

Loreto College’s SEAD Program has been named one of Australia’s top student wellbeing programs for the third time at the 2025 Australian Education Awards. Loreto College Marryatville has bolstered its recognition as a national leader in girls’ education, named an Excellence Awardee in the Best Student Wellbeing Program category at the 2025 Australian Education Awards.
