Madonna King Presentation: L Platers

Madonna King is one of Australia’s most accomplished journalists, having won awards for her ABC Radio Brisbane Mornings current affairs program. She writes across Nine, Crikey and The New Daily, and is the author of numerous books, including the bestselling Being 14Fathers and Daughters and Ten-ager. For her latest book, L Platers, Madonna consulted 1000 young women, along with parents, senior educators, and health care professionals in her research, to deliver the answers we need as parents and educators to help our girls on the road to adulthood. After her presentation, Madonna will be available for signings and individual questions in the foyer of the Performing Arts Centre.
